He is on faculty at Harvard Medical School, and serves as the Director of the Innovations Council for Massachusetts General Hospital's Psychiatry Department. He graduated from Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School. David’s writings have appeared in Forbes, New England Journal of Medicine and Stat.

As SVP of Operations, Kelsey leads Cerebral’s clinical and operations teams, such as client support, insurance operations, strategic partnerships, and the CerebralRX pharmacy service. With her strategic and analytical background, Kelsey ensures operational excellence and consistent high-quality care delivery. Prior to Cerebral, Kelsey spent a decade in management consulting with Monitor Deloitte, working with a variety of Fortune 500 companies and leading non-profit organizations on growth, innovation, and operational strategy. Kelsey earned her MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and her BS from Miami University.

She was formerly the Chief Product Officer at Ellevest where she created a unique and tailored robo investing platform for women, a Wealth Management platform, banking services, and financial coaching. Alex is dedicated to delivering positive user experiences for our prospects, clients and clinicians.

Sarah is the driving force behind Cerebral's technology. Leading teams responsible for software engineering, AI, data, security, and IT, she oversees the development of Cerebral's telehealth platform, used by Cerebral clinicians, operators, and patients. Before Cerebral, Sarah led engineering at GoodRx, and prior to that she was a founding member and Head of Engineering at Kindbody, where she built a vertically integrated fertility care system. Sarah received her bachelor’s in engineering from Caltech.

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Norv leads Cerebral's legal organization and defines our healthcare regulatory, litigation, complex commercial, corporate, labor and employment, government affairs and data privacy issues. He has over 25 years of legal experience in the public and private sectors, including senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. A dedicated leader, he prioritizes compliance and patient well-being to align with Cerebral's vision for mental health care innovation. Norv earned his J.D. from Boston University and his B.A. from Rutgers College.

Jacqueline Kniska

Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Officer

Jacqueline, joining in 2022, leads the company in both preventative and responsive compliance work, and advises management on maintaining an effective risk-based ethics and compliance program; overseeing privacy initiatives; and providing regular Board assurances. Over the last two decades she has fostered initiatives and created and matured programs for Cerebral, Virginia Commonwealth University, and VCU Health System. Jacqueline maintains CHC and LPEC certifications, complementing her B.A. from James Madison University and J.D. from Oklahoma City University.
